নিজস্ব প্রতিবেদক, উত্তরবঙ্গ প্রতিদিন :::: রাজশাহী মহানগরীর তেরোখাদিয়েয়া এলাকার পরিবহন ও ইলেকট্রনিকস ব্যবসায়ী রাসেলের বিরুদ্ধে একটি কুচক্রী মহল বিভিন্ন অপপ্রচার চালাচ্ছে বলে অভিযোগ করেছেন ব্যবসায়ী রাসেলসহ স্থানীয় বাসিন্দারা।
ঘটনাসুত্রে জানা যায়, ব্যবসায়ী রাসেলের গ্রামের বাড়িতে গত ০৯/০৭/২০২৯ তারিখে রাত ১০ টার দিকে ফ্রিজ, টিভি এসি চুরি হয়। এরই পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে গোদাগাড়ী থানায় চুরির মামলা দ্বায়ের হয়, যার মামলা নং – ২৮ তারিখ – ১১/০৭/২০২৬।
আর এরই মধ্যে কয়েকজন চোর ধরা পড়লে নির্দিষ্ট ২/৩ জন চোরের পক্ষ হয়ে একাধিকবার ফোন কল করে ব্যবসায়ী রাসেলকে চুরির মামলা তুলে নেয়ার জন্য চাপ দিতে থাকেন এডভোকেট সালাউদ্দিন । এক পর্যায়ে এডভোকেট সালাউদ্দিন রাসেলকে দেখে নেয়ার হুমকি দেন এবং তারপর থেকেই বিভিন্ন সোস্যাল মিডিয়ায় বিভিন্ন ব্যাক্তিকে দিয়ে সোস্যাল মিডিয়ায় অপ্প্রচার চালান এডভোকেট সালাউদ্দিন। ইতিমধ্যে এডভোকেট সালাউদ্দিনকে নিয়ে সংবাদটি বিভিন্ন অনলাইন, প্রিন্ট মিডিয়ায় স্থানীয় ও জাতীয় গনণমাধ্যমে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে।
রাসেলের স্থানীয় বাড়ি গোদাগাড়ী উপজেলায়। কিন্তু ২০১৬ সালে বিএনপি সমর্থন করার কারনে স্থানীয় আওয়ামী নেতাদের যোগসাজসে রাসেলকে মাদক মামলায় ফাঁসিয়ে জামিন করে দেয়ার নাম করে প্রায় ১৫ লক্ষ টাকা হাতিয়ে নেন গোদাগাড়ীর আইনজীবী সালাউদ্দিন। মূলত এই ১৫ লক্ষ টাকা রাসেল এডভোকেট সালাউদ্দিনের কাছে দাবি করলে রাসেলের নামে সোস্যাল মিডিয়ায় বিভিন্ন অপ্প্রচার চালাতে শুরু করেছেন তিনি।
এদিকে রাসেলের বিষয়ে খোঁজ নিয়ে জানা যায়, রাজশাহী মহানগরীর রেলগেটে অবস্থিত বিসমিল্লাহ এন্টারপ্রাইজ এর স্বত্তাধিকারী। বিসমিল্লাহ এন্টারপ্রাইজে টিভি ফ্রিজ এসি সহ ইলেকট্রনিক্স পণ্য পাওয়া যায়। রাসেল বিসমিল্লাহ রিয়েল ষ্টেটেরও স্বত্তাধিকারী । রাসেল বর্তমানে ৪ টি ট্রাকের মালিক। রাসেলের বাবা একজন মুক্তিযোদ্ধা ও বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীর সদস্য ছিলেন। সে সূত্রানুসারে পৈত্রিক সম্পত্তির মালিক হন রাসেল। আর সেখান থেকেই পরিবহন ও ইলেকট্রনিকস ব্যবসায় নিজেকে নিয়োজিত করেন।
স্থানীয় বাসিন্দারা জানান এডভোকেট সালাউদ্দিন আনুমানিক ২০১৮ সালের দিকে প্রতারনা করে জাল জামিনের করে দেওয়ার কারনে তাকে কারাগারে পাঠায় রাজশাহীর আদালত। এছাড়াও সাবেক সরকারের সময় এমপি ফারুক চৌধুরীর মাধ্যমে এডভোকেট সালাউদ্দিন তার স্ত্রীকে শারমিনকে গোদাগাড়ী কলেজে চাকুরী নিয়ে দেন। তাছাড়াও ফ্যাসিস্ট সরকারের মদদপুষ্ট এই আইনজীবী বিভিন্ন নিরীহ মানুষকে ফাঁসিয়ে লক্ষ লক্ষ টাকা জামিন বানিজ্য করেছেন বলে জানিয়েছে রাজশাহী আদালতের নাম প্রকাশে অনিচ্ছুক কয়েকজন কর্মচারী কর্মকর্তা।
তবে রাজশাহী অঞ্চলের অভিজ্ঞ মহলের সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিবর্গরা মনে করছেন, রাসেলের মত একজন ব্যবসায়ীকে সমাজে হেয় প্রতিপন্ন করার জন্য এবং তার মান-সম্মান ক্ষুন্ন করার জন্যই সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় এই ধরনের প্রচার প্রচারণা চালানো হচ্ছে। অবিলম্বে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় প্রচারকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা উচিত।
